Server Status

This page provides current status information on each of our network services. The status of each network is indicated by the status state adjacent to the network name. Red icons indicate networks that are down, orange icons indicate problems have been identified which are undergoing repair by our technical staff, and green icons indicate networks that are up.

The current network status is indicated below:

beau-kids (shared server): Network Functional

eulerdesign (dedicated server): Network Functional

artifexdomains (dedicated server): Network Functional

Possible network status is:

  • Network Functional: no issues reported
  • Undergoing Repair: problems have been identified which are undergoing repair by our technical staff
  • Network is Down: the network is currently down and issues are being investigated.

 

Service Bulletins...

22 September 10.30am: RESOLVED The Mail Server on artifexdomains is rejecting username and password access, so email deliverability is currently unavailable. Technicians are repairing the service as a matter of urgency.

 

Resolved Service Bulletins...

26 May 1.30pm: RESOLVED For the past hour or so there have been connectivity issues for clients using Telstra and Optus. If you are using one of those providers, you may have issues receiving emails. The issue has since been resolved, so the mails should start coming through shortly.

23 March 9:30am: RESOLVED The Artifex Domains server Issues have been resolved. A cPanel update prevented the server from restarting its service.

23 March 9:18am: RESOLVED The Artifex Domains server Issues have been reported. The server is currently undergoing repair due to memory resources being exhausted.

7 February 2011 12:05pm: RESOLVED Artifexdomains is now functional. Port 25 had crashed unusually, a full restart of mail services has repaired all known issues. Please report issues to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

7 February 2011 10:58am: RESOLVED Artifexdomains is currently undergoing repair on the SMTP service. Early this morning email issues were reported, whereby the Dovecot service, which can be used for the IMAP connections was down. That has been restarted and incoming email should now be working. The outgoing mail is still undergoing repair, so sending email will be problematic for the interim. This matter is being ten ded to with urgency, and an update will be posted when available.
